Navigating Insurance Reimbursement for our patients who are Out of Network
Preventative Medicine Inc will provide the patient with a coded receipt, called an Invoice Fulfillment (Superbill). This Superbill will include the necessary CPT, ICD10 / Diagnosis codes and the practice Tax ID number. The patient will then submit this form/receipt for reimbursement.
If your policy provides coverage for Out of Network treatment, you will receive a reimbursement check by mail.
